Simplifies the code by using List.of, List.copyOf etc. where possible which results in less code and imports.

Stream.toList was introduced in Java 16 and creates an unmodifiable List so it can be used to simplify code whenever the List is not expected to be modified.

* Fix marketplace add-on services fail after upgrade
A format change in the database (related to the introduction of addon.xml) leads to a non-migrateable and permanent error that floods the log with exceptions and malfunctions.
If such an error is detected, the database is purged and an error logged.

This service provides add-on information when debugging in Eclipse so it is possible to add Things based on the installed bindings and configure installed add-ons in the UI.
Replaces the Sample Add-on Service.
Also shows the "Add-on Management" configuration which allows for configuring if incompatible add-ons are included.

Instead of using the full id (`marketplace:123456`) the id without service prefix was used to lookup installed add-ons. This is not an issue if the network is available because then the information is request from the forum. If no network connection is present it obviously fails.
This also reduces the log level in the case of connection issues. ERROR is to much and the stack trace is not necessary.

It was reported that after an upgrade from aprevious version installed addons from marketplaces are not shown in the add-ons pages. This is a result of the new compatibility check which excludes incompatible add-ons by default. Already installed add-ons must be excluded from this check otherwise they can't be uninstalled.
