J-N-K cd06e6d324 Fix event ordering for item events (#3628) ... Posting the `ItemAddedEvent` after notifying the listeners results in `ItemStateUpdated/ChangedEvents` before the `ItemAddedEvent` because the state could be altered by persistence services.
