Upgrade Karaf from 4.4.9 to 4.4.10.
This includes upgrades for the following libraries:
* pax-logging from 2.3.1 to 2.3.2
* xbean from 4.28 to 4.29

Reverts downgrade of karaf-maven-plugin to 4.4.8.
