75d3dffb14 Migrate to androidx support libraries and bump compile SDK version 
"Optimize imports" has been run on all source files, there might be
unrelated changes, but these should be harmless.

98b04dd2fc Allow disabling left/right swipe on the graphs 
Fixes #860
 Added preference to control this option
 Swiping down will still toggle a sync of the data from the device (if connected) in any case

e89ba529c3 Apply some Material design guidelines to the charts 
- replace the PagerTabStrip with a TabLayout (moved to top and scrollable)
- move the date selection to the bottom
- do not update the activity title as the tab name is much more visible now

7c597b325a Big refactoring: move classes and packages around to get a better structure 
- model package contains mostly shared interfaces (UI+service), not named GB*
- impl package contains implementations of those interfaces, named GB*
  the impl classes should not be used by the service (not completely done)
- the service classes should mostly use classes inside the service and deviceevents
  packages (tbd)

Every device now has two packages:
- devices/[device name] for UI related functionality
- service[device name] for lowlevel communication

4b241ca9eb Initial work on supporting multiple charts. 
- one fragment per chart screen
- common chart code should move to fragment baseclass and the host
  Activity (ChartsActivity)

Currently it's not used, change ControlCenter to invoke ChartsActivity
instead of SleepChartActivity to test it.
