Pebble app installation: first successful installation :)
...
KNOWN PROBLEMS
- expected filenames inside pbw files are hardcoded (pebble-app.bin etc)
- long delay before installation starts
- must be in app mananger at least once before installation in possible
- errors while installing are not always recognized
