Pebble: more preparations for new Health minute data
...
DONE:
- add new table with new schema (all health data included and removed raw column)
- change heartRate for ALL tables nullable (MIGHT BREAK THINGS)
- add Health samples to old AND new table (beacuse new table might still change)
- for charts display data in new table only
COMPLETELY UNTESTED
